3. Program Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment and enrollment confirmation, you will receive access to your chosen plan within 24–48 business hours via the contact details provided during your application. Access is granted to the individual student only and is strictly non-transferable.

Program delivery includes: one-on-one or group mentorship sessions, strategy guidance, access to community channels (Discord/WhatsApp), and any additional resources specified in your chosen plan.

4. No Earnings Guarantee

BrainBox Ecom Lab provides education, mentorship, and strategy — we do not operate your business. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, revenue target, or return on investment.

Results shared on our website represent real student outcomes but are not typical. They depend heavily on individual effort, available capital, market conditions, niche selection, and other variables entirely outside our control. Past student performance is not a guarantee of your future results.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice — however, any confirmed enrollment will be honored at the price originally paid. 8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully within all BrainBox Ecom Lab channels — including Discord, WhatsApp groups, and any live sessions. We reserve the right to remove any student who engages in harassment, spam, hate speech, or any harmful behaviour without refund. We foster a supportive, professional learning environment and expect all members to uphold it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrainBox Ecom Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business revenue, or financial loss arising from decisions made based on our guidance or education.

11. Governing Law
